Abstract

The articles highlight the current strength of reading materials in the Indian Institute of Management's libraries and investigate the staff's rotational frequency for completing the library's functions. The study also focused on the significant reasons for the areas and obstacles affecting the library staff. A survey research approach has been adopted for the present study, and a structured questionnaire has been used for gathering primary data. The study's findings were that 100 % of librarians were aware of policies and frameworks for managing human resources in libraries, and 100% of libraries have policies and frameworks for managing human resources.
